As a response to the national development requirements and the integrative role of the higher education in labor market, the Faculty of Arts and Humanities at Albaha University was established by the royal decree no. 9682/MB dated 05-08-1426H to meet labor market needs in the public and private sectors. The Faculty includes distinguished theoretical scientific departments of Islamic Studies, Arabic Language, Foreign Languages and History. The Faculty is committed to its educational, research and community service responsibilities in accordance with the University vision and the Kingdom educational policies.

About

The Vice-Deanship for Female Students' Affairs at the College of Arts and Humanities contributes to the supervision of female students, staff, administrative and academic members. It also  seeks to create a good interactive knowledge environment in which efforts combine to contribute to the development of education and to support academic research activities in order to serve its students and employees in the following departments (Islamic Studies - Arabic - Foreign languages (English) - History) and achieve the highest level of quality and excellence in supporting students.

Tasks

  • Organizing the work at the College and facilitating its affairs for the benefit of the work in accordance with the rules and regulations.

  • Forming committees of students' activities within the College.

  • Supervising the committees of the vice-deanship and submitting reports to the relevant authorities.

  •  Raising the subsidiary issues of female students.

  • Supervising the progress of the learning process technically and supporting the development process by ensuring the safety of classrooms and their readiness by all means of technology.
