The research deals with one of the most important issues in the sciences of the Holy Qur’an, which is the issue of (Almawsul lafdhan almafsul ma’nan) that is (connected verbally and separated in meaning), It attempts to clarify the context that can be considered a general rule for the connection in word and separation in meaning, in addition to the fact that there are problems with this term among the later scholars, which led in general to the introduction of types of meanings and connotations to which this description does not apply. Research objectives: to solve a problem centered on the difference in the concept of this term among the predecessors and contemporary researchers, due to the almost lack of criterion in describing verbal and moral context that is the focus of the rule in describing the verses and their meanings according to the verbal separation and moral separation. From this standpoint, the research aims to study the term of (Almawsul lafdhan almafsul ma’nan) among the later scholars, By reviewing some Qur’anic examples and analyzing them, using the inductive descriptive approach, and criticizing opinions by studying the indicative context in the connection in word and separation in meaning, as well as the turning indication from this chapter and diverting it to the chapter of Stop/Start Rules, The most important results: The research has come up with scholarly results, the most important of which are: that many of the examples used by contemporaries did not correspond to the meanings of the term according to scholars, and to the diversity of the context affecting (Almawsul lafdhan almafsul ma’nan), The most important recommendations: studying the famous sayings that had a direct impact on the description of some verses, studying the correlative relationship between verbal and moral "Eltifat”, studying the correlative relationship between the connotations of (Almawsul lafdhan almafsul ma’nan) and the interpretation used by scholastic theologians, and the reasons for allowing to resort to interpretation when there is a problematic and conflicting meanings. The study aimed to identify the potential risks of issuing fatwas via artificial intelligence (risks related to muftis, risks related to the questioner, risks related to the fatwa, risks related to intellectual security) from the point of view of the muftis in the General Presidency of Scientific Research and Ifta. The researcher used the descriptive analytical approach in the current study. The study sample consisted of (97) muftis working in the General Presidency of Scientific Research and Ifta in the Western Region for the Hijri year 1445 AH. They were selected using a comprehensive survey method. The most prominent results reached by the study were the high level of potential risks from issuing fatwas via artificial intelligence (risks related to muftis, risks related to the questioner, risks related to the fatwa, risks related to intellectual security). There are also statistically significant differences between the average responses of the study sample members regarding the potential risks of issuing fatwas via artificial intelligence according to the variable of number of years of experience and the variable of previous knowledge of artificial intelligence, while there are no statistically significant differences attributable to the variable of academic qualification. The study recommended the need to direct efforts towards using technology in a balanced manner with human factors, such as religious, cultural and ethical expertise, to ensure that fatwas are issued in an accurate and balanced manner. When using technology such as artificial intelligence in issuing fatwas, these risks must be taken into account and mechanisms must be sought to deal with them effectively to ensure that the service is provided in an accurate and useful manner to the questioner, and to take into account the potential risks and challenges of the fatwa industry through artificial intelligence and work to develop an appropriate framework and mechanisms for oversight and monitoring to ensure that technology is used in a responsible and effective manner in the fatwa industry. Health crises represent a disturbing concern in various social circles, as their consequences are reflected in all aspects of life, and directly affect multiple areas, including economic and social. The Kingdom has taken all precautionary and preventive measures during the outbreak of the Corona epidemic, which threatened the entire world. Epidemics, especially the Corona crisis, have had a painful impact on all countries of the world without exception, in light of a misunderstanding of its details and ways to deal with the lack of information that accompanied its emergence. It developed rapidly, successively, and multiple times, which doubled the difficulty of getting to know it, with the conflicting and overlapping of this information from the World Health Organization and others. It was announced by health authorities in the world, which reflected the difficulty of understanding and absorbing the huge amount of information, with many rumors continuing to appear, which put the decision maker in a pivotal position to deal with the Corona crisis health wise, despite the negative effects it causes on society. Corona was an international crisis that affected locally. It required tight international coordination and rapid local response by managing the crisis in a systematic and practical manner and preparing the human and financial capabilities to confront the crisis according to an organization that prevents randomness and improvisation in decisions, and planning within which crises are dealt with with the available information and future scenarios. From here, the research seeks to study the impact of epidemics, in particular The Corona crisis on the artistic expression of female students at Al Baha University and the extent to which they are affected by this crisis. The research addresses the seven Ahadith of Hushaim bin Bashir al-Wasiti, which Al-Daraqutni declared defective. The importance of this research is evident in the fact that the Science of Ilal (Hidden Defects) is one of the critical fields of Hadith sciences, the status of Hushaim bin Bashir among the narrators, the breadth of his memorization, and the superiority of Al-Daraqutni in the science of Ilal (Hidden Defects) in particular. The research aims to collect those Ahadith that Al-Daraqutni declared defective with difference, investigate these differences, explain the more correct ones, and judged them, while highlighting Al-Daraqutnis scholarly status, and the evidence of preponderance that he used. At the forefront of the research, there were two brief biographies for both Imams Hushaim and Al-Daraqutni and four sections. The first section: Al-Ilal by adding a narrator. The second section: Al-Ilal by replacing one narrator with another. The third section: Al-Ilal by discontinuity (Waqf). The fourth section: Al-Ilal by transmission (Irsal). In the research method, the researcher adopted the inductive, analytical, and critical approach, which yielded several results. The most important of these results are: deducing evidence of preponderance that Al-Daraqutni inferred, explaining the reasons for the weakness in the defective Ahadith from the Ahadith of the study and showing that the difference in the Ahadith of Hushaim is due to the narrator himself. The researcher recommends to pursue research in the field of Ilal (Hidden Defects), especially the book of Al-Daraqutni. Keywords: Narrations, Hushaim bin Bashir, Difference, Ilal (Hidden Defects), Al-Daraqutni.

This research seeks to understand the truth of approval and consideration for Arabic taste and their impact on directing what contradicts the linguistic norms. This includes considerations for the logic of the language and its unique system, which is observed by its speakers and linked to their minds, represented in its practical usage. The study is divided into two parts. In the first, I discuss the concept of linguistic measurement, its relationship with both grammatical and morphological measurements, then its relationship with approval, and with linguistic taste. In the second part, I discuss the reasons for deviating from the norm that are related to considering the taste of the language and approval of the fluent speaker, such as: requesting lightness, considering verbal proportionality, frequent use, and considering the poet's taste within what is called: poetic necessity. The research concluded that the consideration for Arabic approval and linguistic taste was present in the minds of linguists and considered in their derived rules and principles. They did not try to interpret or correct it and return it to the rule, but rather surrounded it with a fence that preserves it as it was heard, and at the same time they did not allow measurement on it, in order to preserve the rule's place and consistency.

The study is concerned with the found texts of the Book entitled (Succession in Arabic Language) for bin Jeni to define the lost book. Although we could not get it like others, some of its cases, chapters, texts and parts have values. Some grammar and language books discussed these texts. The author explored what can be discussed in the book from different sources. The term of (Succession) is a famous term in Arabic language. While the succession phenomena is discussed in different terms, while the lingual succession is clear on audio, grammatical and morphological level. The scientists talk separately about its cases, questions and examples while they didn’t exceed the audio framework in their studies. Bin Jeni explored it separately to discuss it wholly. He didn’t stop on the audio level like others, he discussed the morphological, grammatical and audio levels. The author divided the research into two parts to discuss succession deeply, while book of (Succession) has its sources, content, value and methodology. The second section is related to what is dictum in the book to be collected and referenced.

This research addresses the issues to which Al-Tanahi presented his publications, investigations and articles under the title: The Issues of Facilitating and Criticizing Grammar by Mahmoud Al-Tanahi. Its importance originates from the fact that it is new, and the fact that it sheds light on the grammatical direction of a top-tier scholar. In doing so, this research aims to draw a complete picture of the general direction of Al-Tanahi in regard to the trends of grammar study, such as the issue of facilitating grammar, criticism of grammatical thought and addressing grammar in the light of contemporary linguistic approaches. It also presents Al-Tanahi’s ideas regarding the Arabic language crisis, its causes, and the way out of it. This paper makes use of the descriptive analytical method to present and discuss issues, and the comparative approach to highlight the similarities and differences between the direction of Al-Tanahi and that of other contemporary scholars. It concludes that the facilitation of grammar first appeared in the past in abbreviations and systems, and that contemporary scholars addressed it in different ways; some of them, such as Al-Tanahi, approached it in a conservative manner, emphasizing the need to return to the old book, whereas others advocated the renewal of origins, cancelation of some elements and terms or subjecting grammar to modern approaches. The dominance of such approaches on the study of grammar has led the Arabic speaking nations to distance from their heritage, and the effects of this are observed in the decline of graduates of Arabic language faculties. Thus, this paper recommends the establishment of a huge project supervised by linguistic bodies and academies, which rebuilds the grammatical structure, taking advantage of old and contemporary linguistic approaches and leaning on the Qur’anic text, to reach the whole nation. In addition, this paper recommends that the teaching of Arabic be suitable for each educational stage; the pre-university stage focusing on students’ ability to adjust their tongues according to the Arabic language rules, the undergraduate stage focusing on the ability of graduates to teach Arabic properly, and the postgraduate stage taking students to the depths of the language to be able to add onto it.

This jurisprudential research, entitled "Conditions of Leasing Assets and Their Application to Electronic Leasing Contracts: Hotel Leasing as a Model," addressed the concept of the conditions of leasing assets, defined and discussed in general. It also discusses the concept of electronic leasing contracts, then explained the jurisprudential opinion of each condition of leasing assets according to the four schools of Fiqh, and applied each condition to electronic leasing contracts for hotels. The researcher followed a descriptive analytical comparative approach by gathering the conditions of leasing assets from the approved books of each school of Fiqh, presenting the jurisprudential opinions supported by legal references and discussing them, and then applying these conditions to electronic leasing contracts for hotels. The research comes out with the following conclusions: 1- in a unanimous opinion of all Fiqh schools, a lease of an under-age client is not considered legal. As for a smart under-age, its validity has been an issue of dispute among three opinions, with the correct one being the Hanbali’s which states that if it is based on prior permission then it is valid. 2- The lease of property through sight or description is valid according to the Hanafi and Maliki schools; therefore, electronic contracting with hotels is valid. The research recommendations include: 1- Collecting the conditions of leasing in each school of Figh, and explaining their impact based on their different considerations. 2- Researching Fiqh opinions of warranty in electronic leasing contracts.

The study aimed to develop a strategy proposal to activate the contribution of the secondary school in the political upbringing of its students in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the researcher followed the descriptive survey approach, and the study was applied to teachers and student mentors in secondary schools in the city of Riyadh, the city of Hail, and the city of Abha, through the application of the questionnaire tool, and the interview tool in this methodology, and the tools were applied to a simple random sample of teachers, where their number reached (379) teachers, and (113) student mentors, and the most prominent results of the study were that the school administration contributes to a very large degree to the political upbringing of secondary school students from the point of view of teachers, with an arithmetic average of (4.59 out of 5.00), and that teachers contribute to a very large degree in the political upbringing of secondary school students from the teachers' point of view, with an arithmetic average of (4.78 out of 5.00) as well as classroom activities contribute to a very large degree to the political upbringing of secondary school students from the point of view of teachers, with an arithmetic average of (4.71 out of 5.00), and the obstacles identified in the codified interview were approved, where the highest obstacles were repeated are the high quorum of some teachers in classes, and the weak involvement of the teacher in training courses that help in the teacher's contribution to political upbringing The poor communication between the student's family and the school, as well as the lack of fun in some extracurricular activities provided, and the influence of some students on the external environment and friends. The phrases identified in the codified interview were also approved, where the highest suggestions were the application of the rules of conduct and perseverance in what the school sees, reducing the time of some classes from time to time and focusing on the important, as well as honoring the most followed and cooperative family, encouraging students to provide extracurricular activities, and holding them under the supervision of the student mentor, and working to involve students in volunteer work outside the school. After that, a strategy was prepared based on these results and presented to a number of arbitrators in education. The study presented a number of recommendations, the most important of which is building educational programs that are compatible with modern educational trends to prepare secondary school teachers, and setting specific standards for the curricula to ensure that they include concepts of political socialization for secondary school students high school.

It has summoned contemporary reality, especially in commercial transactions between the seller and the buyer, and has necessitated the existence of the so-called additional guarantee, which includes the determination of a period between the seller and the buyer so that the buyer can determine the validity of the sale and use it. As well as deliberation by choosing what is suitable for him, and the legitimacy of the additional guarantee has been proven by the book, the Sunnah, and reasonable, to preserve rights, achieve justice and fairness between the parties to the sale contract, and not lose those rights to their owners. The additional guarantee has been adapted to the existing forms suitable for it in Islamic jurisprudence, such as the gendarmerie guarantee and the trust guarantee, and this guarantee aims to document and confirm rights so that they are not denied or circumvented afterward, as well as so that such treatment is strictly regulated following what is prescribed in Islamic law. It may cause damage to the other party, injustice, or the loss of his right to it. One of the most important results concluded by the researcher through the study of this topic is that in the event of a defect in the sale, it must be refunded and its price or replacement taken, provided that this is within the period multiplied by him, and if that period is exceeded, the buyer's right to respond is forfeited. For this reason, the researcher recommends that the additional guarantee be documented in the contract that takes place between the parties to the contract so that this guarantee is not denied by the seller's or buyer's claim that the guarantee exists without evidence. My writing in this research was according to the inductive, deductive, descriptive, and analytical approaches because the research needs such types of approaches.

This study addresses the judgements regarding babies’ carriers used by people in the state of “ihram” to take their babies during ‘Nusuk’. The importance of this study lies in its relevance to people during ‘Nusuk’. Indeed, this research wasn’t previously explored and there is an increasing need to show the jurisprudential judgements towards babies’ carriers. This study aims to show the judgement concerning babies’ carriers if they are considered as knitted or not. This concerns men, boys, and women. The study also investigates the allowed state of children held in babies’ carriers during ‘Tawaf’. In this study, I adopted the descriptive approach to describe babies’ carriers. I also used the inductive approach in exploring texts and views of jurisprudents (whether they are advanced or contemporary). In addition, I used the deductive approach to explore the latest statements concerning issues’ controversy. In their judgements, contemporaries had three views; the latest of which is to judge depending on the type. I adopted the view that it is prohibited to use carriers to take babies on the chest or on the back, and its usage requires a ransom. Then, I mentioned the judgement concerning boys in the state of “ihram”, and this was not explored by previous research due to the scarcity of children carrying others during ‘Nusuk’ and to the lack of controversy among jurisprudents concerning babies committing prohibitions. Moreover, I explained the judgement concerning women in the state of “ihram”; there is no controversy among contemporaries regarding the total permit for women to use babies’ carriers during ‘Nusuk’. Furthermore, I mentioned the state of babies while being in carriers. In fact, the Kaaba must be on the left while doing “tawaf”, but there is no problem if the position is slightly altered. One of the study's recommendations is to collect and study emerging issues for children in the Sacred Mosque or being in the state of “ihram”. Indeed, this study highlights the need to raise the awareness of men in the state of “ihram” regarding the judgements towards the usage of babies’ carriers. The most important of these is the position of the carried baby during tawaf

Praise be to Allah, the Lord of all worlds, and blessings and peace be upon the noblest of prophets and messengers, our Prophet Muhammad, and upon his family and all his companions. This research, titled "Al-Buraq: A Theological Study in the Light of Quranic and Prophetic Texts," explores various theological topics related to Al-Buraq, supported by authentic hadiths which must be believed. Some of these topics: the meaning of Al-Buraq in authentic hadiths, its description, the Prophet's riding on it, the wisdom behind his night journey riding Al-Buraq, topics related to the night journey (Isra'), and the strange stories that are not authentic. The research concludes with several results and recommendations, including the affirmation that Al-Buraq is a magnificent creature, dedicated by Allah to His Prophet, who traveled with it to Jerusalem accompanied by Gabriel. Faith is obligatory with all its authentic descriptions, and with everything that happened to the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, related to this magnificent verse. Among the researcher's recommendations is a warning against weak and fabricated hadiths concerning the descriptions of Al-Buraq. Specialists should caution the public against circulating such narratives on social media and other platforms to prevent the dissemination of false beliefs among those unable to distinguish between authentic and unreliable sources in this regard. May Allah, the exalted, make this work sincerely dedicated to His noble countenance and bring benefit to both the author and the reader of this research. He is the All-Hearing, the Responsive.
