The issue of intellectual security is one of the most important and dangerous topics of the present time, due to the ease with which the abundance of technologies is witnessed, the multiplicity of communication programs, and the facilitation of their use for all categories of society, as they contribute effectively to the intellectual formation of any recipient through them, especially from the generation of young adolescents, who are more vulnerable to intellectual and social distortion, For this reason, this research came to stand on the method of the prophets in order to call for monotheism, protect intellectual security, and support among the categories of society. One of the results of this research was: a statement of the seriousness of intellectual security, and the interest of the prophets, peace be upon them, in preserving it, and dedicating efforts in uniting the word, and the research came out with recommendations, the most important of which are: tracking the stories of the prophets, peace be upon them, in the various surahs of the Qur’an, and extracting lessons and benefits related to security in general, and with regard to intellectual security in particular.

This research contains a study and investigation of the book “Rules of Abu Ja`far, Ya’qub, and Khalaf al-Tenth” by the imam, scholar, jurist, and reciter Abi al-Mawahib Muhammad ibn Abd al-Baqi al-Hanbali (d. 1126 AH), in which its author listed the rules and principles of the three imams of reciters who completed the ten, namely Abu Jaafar, Ya’qub, and Khalaf al-Thir, and narrated their differences. In the chapters on principles according to a methodology followed by the author - may God have mercy on him - which makes this book an important source of disagreements on principles for the three readers. What highlights the importance of this book and its publication is that it is written by Imam Abu Al-Mawahib Al-Hanbali, who was praised by the scholars of his time and others, and was the first to be read, led, preached, and issued fatwas in the Umayyad Mosque in Damascus, A number of results emerged from the research, the most prominent and important of which are: the author’s breadth and wealth of knowledge, and his mastery of the readers’ differences. His book included all the chapters of principles for the three readers: Abu Jaafar, Ya’qub, and Khalaf al-Ashir, to the point that it is considered one of the explanations of the poem “Al-Durrat al-Madiyya” by Imam Ibn al-Jazari. May God have mercy on him - for the chapters on principles, and with a unique approach that differs from the approach of commentators on the poem, in writing and studying this book, I relied on two written copies, and I divided the research into an introduction, two sections, a conclusion, and indexes.

  • Reseived: Received in Revised Form: Accepted:

Praise be to Allah, and may blessings and peace be upon our Prophet Muhammad, upon all his family and companions, Ibn Al-Mundhir mentioned in his book (Al-Awsat) a number of hadiths and narrations terms whose significations ought to be revealed and clarified, including knowing his approach to that, among those terms are: “the most authentic” or “the best”. You will find him saying, for example: “The most authentic is what is in the chapter”, or "the most authentic of this chain of transmission", or "the best thing that has been said in this chapter", or "the best thing that has been narrated in this chapter", so this research brought together those narrations by following Hadith and analytical study method, The research aims to keep within limits the hadiths and narrations about which Ibn Al-Mundhir said: “The most authentic thing in the chapter,” or “the best thing narrated in the chapter,” and follow hadith and analytical study method, while explaining his approach to that, I followed the inductive and the analytical method, The research answered Ibn Al-Mundhir’s status among hadith scholars, the importance of his book, and an explanation of his approach in the terms: “the most authentic” or “the best.و Its results show evidence of the lack of circulation and use of these two terms, and the fact that Ibn Al-Mundhir also uses them to contrast and compare narratives, that prove his hadith character.

  • Reseived: Received in Revised Form: Accepted:

The current research is a jurisprudential study entitled: "Imam Ibn Hazm Al-Zahiri's Criticism of the Jurists' Controls: (A Rooting and Applied Study Rulings of worship)", which discusses one of the prominent jurisprudential topics related to a problem that appeared early in Islamic jurisprudence and revolves around controlling the jurisprudential opinion without valid evidence and the jurists have become aware of its danger and confronted it and among the most prominent of these jurists is Imam Ibn Hazm Al-Zahiri. The study came to clarify the concept of jurisprudential control among the jurists and its criterion according to Ibn Hazm and the most prominent reasons for the jurists' controls and its types according to Ibn Hazm and the controls of acceptable and prohibited control; mentioning models and applications of the controls that Ibn Hazm followed and discussed and studying them and clarifying the extent of the validity of Ibn Hazm's claim to control or not. It concluded with several findings and recommendations, the most prominent of which are: The criterion of control according to Ibn Hazm: is to say in the provisions of Sharia without evidence, or with corrupt and invalid evidence and that control is forbidden in the provisions of Sharia; because it is a statement based on the practical following of the abyss. Among the reasons that prevented the jurists from declaring control of the jurists were the siege of its inferential principles, the rejection of other principles and its confusion in establishing some of its principles, with its lack of tolerance for disagreement. The study also showed the most prominent types of jurists' controls according to Ibn Hazm, such as controlling the inference from the text and placing estimates of the legitimacy without evidence. The study showed that Ibn Hazm does not accept the claim of arbitration in all controversial issues that follow the sayings of the jurists.

  • Reseived: Received in Revised Form: Accepted:

The study aimed to investigate the effectiveness of a training program based on multiple activities in developing environmental concepts among children with intellectual disabilities. The study employed a quasi-experimental design, with a sample consisting of 16 children (boys and girls) with intellectual disabilities, who were purposefully selected. Their chronological ages ranged between 5-6 years, divided into two groups: an experimental group (n=8 children) and a control group (n=8 children). The study tools included a scale for environmental concepts for children with intellectual disabilities aged 5-6 years, developed by the researcher, and a training program based on multiple activities to develop environmental concepts for children with intellectual disabilities, also developed by the researcher, The study results revealed statistically significant differences between the mean rank scores of the experimental and control groups in the post-test measurement of the environmental concepts scale and its sub-dimensions (environmental knowledge, environmental behaviors, environmental awareness) in favor of the experimental group. Additionally, there were statistically significant differences between the mean rank scores of the experimental group in the pre-test and post-test measurements of the total score of the environmental concepts scale and its sub-dimensions, in favor of the post-test measurement. No statistically significant differences were found between the mean rank scores of the experimental group in the post-test and follow-up measurements of the environmental concepts scale and its sub-dimensions.

  • Reseived: Received in Revised Form: Accepted:

Plastic art is known as one of the languages of intellectual communication with others, and the apparent characteristic of human heritage and civilization, as it develops over different ages and is followed by generations. This intellectual and emotional human communication is embodied in the language of plastic art through creative artistic works that contain in their content many meanings and feelings that the artist embodies; and the materials and methods of pictorial artistic expression have developed; Rapidly parallel to the developments witnessed by the modern era, new materials have entered the natural materials that the artist has known since the beginning of creation, linked to the civilizational components of the global community. As for the aesthetic starting point of the abstract inspired expressive artwork, it is based on an integrated construction of ideas interconnected with each other in a dialogical unit that formulates the artwork for it, which includes a specific essential idea, and is depicted in a way that is characterized by harmony in lines, dimensions, spaces and color, as well as consistency and regularity between its parts, and the close connection between part and part, and between part and whole. The aesthetic content of the expressive artwork is confirmed by the realization of a group of spiritual, symbolic, formal, semantic, behavioral and social contents. Through beauty, the learner is able to deepen his multidimensional human understanding and enrich his perceptions, especially since art is an openness to the world in its diversity, and to society in its various symbolic manifestations.
