Hisham ibn al-Hakam is one of the most important and influential figures in the history of Imamate "Imamiyah” thought. He is the sheikh of the Shi'a theologians of his time, and a companion of two of the Ithna Ashariyyah Imams. Due to his theological abilities and closeness to al-Sadiqhe assumed a prominent place in the short period of his conversion to Shi'ism after being a Jahmi. The man did not hesitate to support his new doctrine and defend it in publications, and in confront his opponents in debates. His arrogance dragged him to cause the death of Musa al-Kadhim, who was one of his companions and the most prominent of those who established his imamate after the death of his father, A considerable number of Hisham's viewpoints have been preserved, and among the most heinous of them is (anthropomorphism) and claiming renewing (divine science), which are two things scholars, past and present, tried to deny as this entails challenges of their doctrine, The man was able to make a very bad impact on the structure of the doctrine of the Ithna Ashariyyah "Imamiyah” where he and a group of his contemporaries revived (the theory of text and the commandment) advocated by Ibn Saba earlier. Since the revival was dictated by the confused situation following the death of Jafar Sadiq, the theory was reformulated in line with the confused situation of the Shiites, He took advanced steps in exaggeration and separation from the rest of the other Muslims when he advocated the (infallibility of Imams), as he opened the door to challenge, defyand derogate the Prophet's companions. This lead the Shiites to defy him as never before. He adopted Fray (distortion of the Koran) claiming that the Prophet's companions have tampered with it in the time of Othman, may Allah be pleased with him. All praise be to Allah, the Lord of all worlds, prayers and peace on the best of prophets and Messengers. Then, the topic of this research is the denotations of the rules Ayahs in surah Al- Baqarah (Ayat Al Hakam) on the fundamental issues. My aim is to bring evidence on fundamental issues from Quranic Ayahs from Surah Al- Baqarah. I have mentioned the fundamental issue according to its fundamental classification. Then I define it in brief, and I bring the evidence upon it from Surah Al- Baqarah, with mentioning the aspect of denotation and implication of every evidence. The aim of this research comes as a result of the scarcity of ayah's evidence on fundamental issues used by the fundamentalists in their books that makes the scholar of jurisprudence fundamentals (Faqhi student) more stagnant regarding the mental theories and its sub- applications, lacking the legitimate (Shari) texts which are the base in construction, understanding and application. The research plan relies on an introduction and eleventh chapters, below each chapter many areas/ aspects of research due to the need of it.
