About
The Vice-Deanship for Quality and Development aims to develop the academic and administrative work of the Faculty to comply with the latest quality practices and academic accreditation that are followed locally and globally, as well as to develop and train the staff of the Faculty in achieving these practices, in direct coordination with the University’s Vice-Presidency for Quality and Development.
The Vice-Deanship also works to ensure the pursuit of strategic goals of the Faculty that are in line with the University's strategic goals, and also, to measure the key performance indicators of the Faculty and its programs periodically and set targets for those indicators and work on achieving them. In addition, the Vice-Deanship periodically investigates the possibility of developing appropriate graduate programs that meet the University's strategic goals in line with the objectives of the Kingdom's Vision 2030.
Tasks
- Developing the academic and administrative work at the Faculty in accordance with the latest practices of quality and academic accreditation followed locally and globally.
- Coordinating with the University’s Vice-Presidency for Quality and Development in achieving the University's strategic goals.
- Supervising the measurement of key performance indicators for the Faculty and its programs and set targets for these indicators and follow up their achievement.
- Working on the development and training of the staff of the Faculty in order to achieve the objectives of development and quality.
- Following up on achieving the academic and institutional accreditation requirements that are required from the college and its programs.
- Following up on the implementation of opinion polls required from the Faculty as well as its graduates in order to measure the degree of satisfaction and work on improvement plans.
- Investigating the possibility of developing graduate programs that meet the University's strategic objectives.
