The program objectives for the Mechanical Engineering Department are:
1. Preparing the engineer who is able to keep pace with modern technological developments and deal with them with high efficiency.
2. Preparing and qualifying the engineer scientifically and practically to be able to enter the competition in the local, regional and global labor market.
3. Developing the capabilities and skills of the engineer for self-learning and developing his capabilities for study and research and the acquisition of the ability to learn throughout life.
