About the managment:
The Administration of the Institute of Studies and Consulting Services provides a wide range of administrative facilities, oversight, and implementation of daily administrative and secretarial tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of the institute’s workflow.
Tasks:

Monitoring the administrative workflow of the institute for all units and departments.

Following up on institute transactions both inside and outside the university.

Providing consumables, supplies, and overseeing institute contracts and purchases.

Monitoring attendance, leave, and payroll systems for institute employees.

Working on developing administrative procedures within the institute and completing them for approval by the competent authority.
