The College of Business strives to achieve academic, research, and community excellence by offering high-quality educational programs in management, accounting, marketing, and management information systems. These programs aim to prepare distinguished graduates with creativity and leadership skills to succeed in both local and global business environments. The College’s vision and mission are grounded in the principles of educational quality, applied scientific research, and effective community partnership, within a stimulating academic environment that promotes innovation, entrepreneurship, and lifelong learning. The College offers four undergraduate programs: Business Administration, Accounting, Marketing, and Management Information Systems. It also provides a range of graduate programs, including the Executive Master of Business Administration, Master of Accounting, and the Executive Master’s in Endowments and Non-Profit Organization Management, in addition to postgraduate diploma programs in Project Management, Human Resource Management, and Internal Auditing and Compliance. These programs aim to prepare administrative and professional leaders who contribute effectively to national development and support the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030. The College has achieved notable accomplishments in academic accreditation, as its undergraduate programs, along with the Executive Master of Business Administration program, have received accreditation from the National Center for Academic Accreditation and Evaluation (NCAAA). This reflects the College’s ongoing commitment to quality and excellence across its academic programs, while continuing its efforts to obtain accreditation for the remaining programs. Business Administration

Overview

This program was established to meet the increasing demand for specialization in diverse business administration professions in the public and private sectors, and not-for-profit organizations. The fact that Saudi Arabia experienced massive economic development in this millennium and its commitment to implement Vision 2030 of sustainable development necessitated the satisfaction of increasing human power needed in the business administration profession.

In particular, the lack of business school in Al Baha Region and the need to train and educate the required professionals at proximity to serve the local community and others led to the formation of the program.

Objectives

The program intends to achieve following objectives:

  1. Provide students with knowledge and basic research skills.
  2. Improve the management skills of the students.
  3. Regular involvement of the stakeholders in the development of the program.
  4. Conduct scientific research in the field of Business Administration.
  5. Encourage the faculty member to participate in professional development.
  6. Develop community partnership.
  7. Participate in the community development activities.
