College of Business

The College of Business (CoB) aims to provide quality education and rigorous scientific research in business in engaging academic environment and collaborative social partnership. CoB is home to more than 2,121 students across five programs that include: Administration, Accounting, Management information systems, Marketing and Law. Our faculty consists of more than 72 members across different academic ranks and disciplines; and 29 scholars pursuing their graduate studies overseas. CoB entertains a collegial environment that allow our diverse faculty to work collaboratively in designing and promoting our programs and curricular. CoB is also a house of five consultancy offices that provide its services to public and private institutions. To achieve universal recognition, CoB currently entertains academic partnerships with eminent accreditation bodies such as NCAAA and AACSB. We aspire to assume a leading position among other business schools at the local and regional levels.

About

The college of business has a vital part in society and improving our nation. It contains many major qualifications for the job market. The college continues to improve its programs and its academic plans to stay up to date with the current demand of the job market. Its goal is to rely on the local academic accreditation (NCAAA) and the international accreditation (AACSB). 

GOALS

  1. The women branch affairs over sees all the students’ academic affairs.
  2. We work to activate the process of academic affairs guidance for students.
  3. Keep up with registration and resolve any problem.
  4. Overview the flow of lectures.
  5. Administrate the academic committees by meeting with college deans.
  6. Assist the administration by meeting with the administration supervisor.
  7. We work alongside other academic department in the college to achieve its goals and accomplish high standards for the students.
  8. Create the students’ academic schedules and resolve issues related it to the schedule.
  9. Create the exam schedules and clearing any schedule conflicts.
  10. Assist the committees that belong to the academic affairs and reporting to the head of committees.
  11. Overview all the academic activities of students in the college of business and administration.
  12. Overlook the flow of mid-term exams and final exams.
