The significance of necessity in modern terminology and the relationship between them: an analytical study

This research deals with studying the significance of necessity in Hadith terminology and the relationships between them. The significance of necessity is the significance of the term on the necessary meaning of it. As for the validity of the concept of the term on all individuals of the corresponding term without the opposite, the relationship between them is absolute generality and specificity. If each of them is valid on some individuals of the other, the relationship between them is generality and specificity. Relationships occur between some terms of one science due to the unity of its subject, purpose, and derivation, as well as the diversity of the definitions of Hadith scholars of Hadith terms. Each one of them deals with the definition of the term from an angle that results in the existence of a common area in their concept in many cases. The clarification of those relationships and relationships between Hadith terms has received the attention of Hadith scholars, so I wanted to address this topic in this research. The importance of this research is due to its connection to the concepts of Hadith terminology, and its highlighting of the methods of Hadith scholars in highlighting the significance of necessity in Hadith terminology, the relationships between them, and their opinions on its existence or nonexistence. The research aims to Collect the Hadith terms that have a connection between their concept and other concepts, and study them, Determine the relationships between Hadith terms, invest linguistic and logical rules in Hadith studies, my methodology in this research is analytical of the positions of the significance of necessity in Hadith terms, and the relationships between them. It is expected that this research will yield several results, the most important of which are Highlighting the significance of necessity and relationships between Hadith terms, How Hadith scholars deal with the significance of necessity and relationships between Hadith terms, Knowing the reasons for the occurrence of these relationships between Hadith terms, The researcher recommends paying attention to semantic studies of Hadith terms, as well as paying attention to studying the relationships between Hadith terms.

Error in robotic surgery Jurisprudential study

This research deals with the forms of error in robotic surgery and its jurisprudential rulings. Despite the benefits and advantages that surgical robots provide to doctors and patients, they may pose a risk to the lives of patients if an error occurs during surgery, leading to damage to an organ or the death of a patient. All of this requires a statement of jurisprudential rulings, this research sheds light on the forms of error in robotic surgery, and clarifies the jurisprudential rulings for robotic surgery errors. It also addresses determining who bears responsibility for robotic surgery errors The research combined the inductive approach, the comparative approach, and the critical approach The research was divided into three sections. This research deals with the crime of assaulting a health practitioner in the light of Islamic jurisprudence and the Saudi system. In this research, I relied on the analytical approach, the inductive approach, and the comparative approach. This research came in three sections, a conclusion, and an index of the most important sources and references, where the research dealt with the definition of the terms The title of the study is the definition of the crime, the definition of assault, the definition of the health practitioner, and the statement of the truth of the crime of assaulting the health practitioner. Then it moved on to explain the elements of the crime of assaulting the health practitioner in Islamic jurisprudence and the Saudi system, and explaining the ruling on assaulting the health practitioner in Islamic jurisprudence and the Saudi system. What is the penalty for assaulting a health practitioner in Islamic jurisprudence and the Saudi system?, Through this research, several results were reached, including: that a health practitioner is anyone licensed to practice health professions that include the following categories: human doctors, dentists, specialist pharmacists, health technicians, psychologists and social workers, and other health professions, and that assaulting The health practitioner may be physical, such as killing, beating, or threatening, or it may be moral, such as abusing or insulting him. It may be an act, or it may be verbal, or it may be a sign, gesture, or insinuation. It may be an attempt, or it may be a complete crime. The Saudi system criminalizes assaulting a health practitioner, whether it is This verbal assault was verbally insulting, cursing, and slandering, or was it a physical assault with violence, force, threats, and other forms of physical and moral assault?, Among the recommendations of the research is publishing the controls and ethics of dealing with a health practitioner and the punishment for assaulting him in the visual, audio and print media to raise awareness of such matters so that everyone is aware of them and beware of violating them, and paying attention to research and specialized comparative studies that show the precedence of Islamic law for laws and regulations, and working To publish it so that researchers and decision makers can benefit from it.

The degree of importance of pedagogical knowledge of STEM content (STEMPCK) among a sample of secondary school science teachers.

The aim of the current study was to identify the degree of importance of pedagogical content knowledge (PCK) for STEM integration, by revealing the degree of importance of knowledge of STEM curricula and teaching strategies, knowledge concerning specialized STEM fields, and knowledge of characteristics of STEM learners. The descriptive survey approach was utilised, using a questionnaire consisting of three domains, which was applied to a sample of (172) science teachers in secondary schools at Al-Baha region. The results showed that the overall score regarding the importance of STEM pedagogical content knowledge for secondary school science teachers was high in the three axes with the following order: the importance of specialized content knowledge (M=3.91), the importance of knowledge of curricula and teaching strategies (M=3.90), and the importance of knowledge regarding characteristics of STEM learners (M=3.74).The results of the study also showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the degree of importance of STEM pedagogical content knowledge could be attributed to differences in qualifications or the number of training courses. However, differences were found in the degree of importance of STEM knowledge of teaching curricula and strategies due to differences in the number of years of service in favour of teachers who had experience of five years or less. The study recommended the support of continuous professional development among science teachers by designing specialized programs that combine the domains of STEM pedagogical knowledge.

The Effectiveness of a Proposed Instructional Model Based on a Context-Based Learning Approach in Teaching Science to Develop Levels of Scientific Knowledge Depth among Second-Grade Intermediate School Students

The current research aimed to reveal the effectiveness of using a suggested teaching model based on a context-based learning approach in science education for developing depth levels of scientific knowledge among second-grade intermediate students. To achieve this aim, the study employed the experimental approach based on the two-group design (experimental and control) with pre-test and post-test measurements. The research sample consisted of (60) second-grade intermediate school students, randomly divided into two equivalent groups. The experimental group consisted of (30) students, who studied the "Matter and Energy" unit using the proposed instructional model based on the context-based learning approach. The control group also consisted of (30) students who studied the same unit using the traditional method. The results revealed statistically significant differences at the (0.05) level between the mean scores of the experimental and control groups in the post-test of the scientific knowledge depth levels, in favor of the experimental group. There were also statistically significant differences at the (0.05) level between the mean scores of the experimental group in the pre-test and post-test of the scientific knowledge depth levels test, in favor of the post-test. This indicates the effectiveness of using the proposed instructional model in developing levels of scientific knowledge depth among second-grade intermediate school students. In light of the research findings, a set of recommendations and suggestions was presented, including training intermediate school science teachers on implementing the proposed instructional model based on the context-based learning approach to enhance levels of scientific knowledge depth among intermediate school students.

The Effectiveness of the Flipped Learning Strategy in Developing the Skills of Utilizing Digital Learning Resources among Postgraduate Female Students

The study aimed to investigate the effectiveness of the flipped learning strategy in developing the skills of utilizing digital learning resources among postgraduate female students. The study adopted a quasi-experimental approach, involving a sample of 20 female postgraduate students enrolled in master’s programs at the College of Education, divided equally into an experimental group (10 students) and a control group (10 students), The primary tool of the study was an observation checklist developed by the researcher to assess the performance of digital learning resource utilization skills among postgraduate students. The experimental intervention, based on the flipped learning strategy, was also designed by the researcher, The results showed statistically significant differences at the 0.001 level between the mean rank scores of the control and experimental groups in the post-measurement of the observation checklist for digital learning resource utilization skills and its subdomains. These subdomains included: utilizing the Saudi Digital Library, educational software, interactive video pens, interactive smartboards, and smart classrooms, favoring the experimental group, Moreover, statistically significant differences were found at the 0.01 level between the mean rank scores of the experimental group in the pre- and post-measurements for the total score of the observation checklist and its subdomains, in favor of the post-measurement. However, no statistically significant differences were observed between the mean rank scores of the experimental group in the post-measurement and the follow-up measurement for the observation checklist and its subdomains, The study recommended continuing to develop and update digital libraries, educational software, interactive video content, smartboards, smart classrooms, and e-books to ensure the provision of engaging and effective learning materials for postgraduate students.

Effectiveness of a Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy-Based Program in Reducing the Impact of Bullying Feelings and Improving Self-Image Among Overweight and Obese Adolescents

The study aimed to investigate the effectiveness of a cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT)-based program in reducing feelings of bullying and enhancing self-image among overweight and obese adolescents. A Quasi- Experimental design was used with one-group (pretest-posttest). The sample consisted of 10 overweight and obese high school adolescents, purposefully selected, aged between 16 and 19 years. Two scales were used: the feeling of bullying scale, and the self-image scale for overweight and obese adolescents, both developed by the researcher. The results showed that there were significant differences between the average scores of the participants in the one experimental group in the (pretest-posttest) for the total score of the feeling of bullying scale in the (pretest). This indicates the effectiveness of the cognitive-behavioral therapy-based program in reducing the impact of bullying feelings in the experimental group. There are also significant differences between the averages of the one experimental group in the (pretest-posttest) direction for the total score of the self-image scale in the (posttest) direction. This indicates the effectiveness of the cognitive-behavioral therapy-based program in improving self-image in the experimental group. In addition, there were no significant differences between the mean scores of one experimental group's scores in the (posttest), and follow-up measurements for both the bullying feeling scale and its sub-dimensions, and the self-image scale and its sub-dimensions. This indicates the continued effectiveness of the CBT-based program after intervention for a month.

The Relationship between Internet Usage and Family Cohesion from the Perspective of Students at Al-Baha University

The current study aimed to identify the relationship between Internet use and family cohesion from perspective of students at Al-Baha University. Internet use was divided into five goals, namely (searching for information, watching movies and series, making friends, playing online, and shopping). It was measured by the number of hours that sample members spend daily on these uses. Family cohesion was also measured by using the Olson Family Cohesion Scale (1993), which was standardized for Saudi society by Alzhrany (2018). The current study used the descriptive approach to reveal the objective of the study. The current study was applied to a sample of Al-Baha University students, where the sample amounted to 357 participants, distributed as follows: 111 male students and 246 female students, with an M= 22.213 and SD=5.534. The results showed that more than 70% of the study sample spend from 4 to 7 hours daily on Internet activities, especially watching movies and series and playing online. The results also showed a negative relationship between all Internet activities and family cohesion, but it was statistically significant for watching series and movies, making friendships, and gaming online. The results did not show any statistically significant differences in the level of family cohesion variable due to gender variable, as well as for Internet uses except for using the Internet to obtain information, which was in favor of female students.

A Proposed Framework for the Role of Leadership Talent Management in Enhancing Entrepreneurial Performance at Umm Al-Qura University

The study aimed to develop a proposed framework for the role of leadership talent management in enhancing entrepreneurial performance at Umm Al-Qura University. The study adopted a descriptive correlational approach and utilized a questionnaire as the data collection tool from the study population through simple random sampling, consisting of 2,038 faculty members. The study, which was conducted on a random sample of 333 individuals, revealed the following: First: There is a high level of leadership talent management practices at Umm Al-Qura University from the perspective of faculty members, with a mean score of 3.62. Similarly, entrepreneurial performance practices were also rated highly, with a mean score of 3.86. Second: A positive and statistically significant correlation (R = 0.416, P = 0.01) was found between the level of leadership talent management practices and the level of entrepreneurial performance. Third: A statistically significant positive impact of leadership talent management on entrepreneurial performance was found; the dimensions of leadership talent management collectively accounted for 17.3% of the variance in entrepreneurial performance. Fourth: Statistically significant differences were found in the mean responses of the study sample regarding the degree of leadership talent management practices based on nationality, with non-Saudi faculty members showing higher scores. Additionally, there were statistically significant differences in the mean responses regarding entrepreneurial performance practices based on: gender, with female faculty members scoring higher; nationality, with non-Saudi faculty members scoring higher; academic rank, with assistant professors scoring higher; and administrative position, with faculty members who did not hold administrative positions scoring higher. In light of these findings, the researchers proposed a framework for improving the practice of leadership talent management at Umm Al-Qura University to contribute to enhancing entrepreneurial performance. The study recommended adopting the proposed framework and providing the necessary requirements for its implementation.

Difficulties Facing Innovation Management in Emerging Saudi Universities: Bisha University as a Model

The current study aimed to identify the difficulties facing innovation management in emerging Saudi universities and took the University of Bisha as a model for these universities. The study used the descriptive approach, the questionnaire was used as a tool to collect information. The study population consisted of (1099), The researcher selected a simple random sample of (320) members from them. The data was analyzed using the statistical analysis program S.P.S.S., and the study reached a set of results, the most important of which are: a high degree of difficulties facing innovation management at the University of Bisha, the financial difficulties came in the first rank, while the difficulties related to faculty members came in the second rank, and the organizational difficulties came in the third rank, The study also found that there were no statistically significant differences at the significance level of 0.05 between the average responses of the study sample members regarding the difficulties facing innovation management at the University of Bisha according to the variables of academic rank, college type, gender for each dimension separately, as well as for the questionnaire as a whole.
