About the Vice Deanship
The Vice Deanship for Investment Affairs at Al-Baha University aims to develop and enhance investment opportunities across university facilities to achieve financial sustainability and optimize resource utilization.
The Vice Deanship works on investing in university lands and facilities through innovative projects and strategic partnerships that add value to the university and the community.
It also strives to transform these sites into sustainable projects that support economic and social development while adhering to the highest standards of quality and innovation. The ultimate goal is to reinforce the university’s role as a driving force for local and regional development.

Reviewing and evaluating submitted investment proposals and selecting the most suitable offer.

Conducting feasibility studies for projects and investments desired by the university.

Reviewing market prices for targeted investments and setting investment ceilings.

Reviewing contracts related to the university’s real estate and properties and taking necessary action.
