Mission
1) Studying the female student needs for transportation and determining the number of beneficiaries.
2) Conducting field visits to the bus stop locations.
3) Checking the safety of buses maintenance and writing reports about the periodic maintenance schedule of buses.
4) Writing periodic reports about the commitment of field sector supervisors concerning the daily preparation of buses.
5) Checking the completion of electronic transactions through the approved MERSAL system.
6) Writing a monthly report of the observations of the movement of the student buses and what was accomplished.
7) Welcoming parents of female students and determining their need regarding university transportation.
8) Preparing monthly reports for all problems that happen during the transportation movement.
9) Writing periodic reports on drivers' commitment with traffic safety rules.
10) Writing a monthly report about the movement of buses transporting female students and what have been accomplished.
11) Writing official letters to the department of university transportation with field observations and reports of field supervisors.
12) Providing the transport contractor with the official forms for accepting drivers in the company (laboratory form, forensic evidence...etc.)
13) Following up the needs of the university deanships and colleges to transport female students to university branches.
14) Preparing the monthly payment order.
