The evaluation of the employee's job performance begins at the beginning of the fiscal year (Gregorian calendar) and ends at the end of it, in accordance with the executive regulations for human resources, which were clarified in detail in the organizational framework for performance management in Article 1, which stipulates that "the performance cycle is the year subject to performance evaluation, and its end coincides with the end of the state's fiscal year.
