Complaints and Grievances Section

The Complaints and Grievances Department is concerned with receiving employee grievances, studying them, communicating with the competent authorities, and knowing how to find solutions to the complaint or grievance while adhering to professional standards and adhering to laws and regulations, and then transferring the statement to the E-mail of the employee who submitted the  . complaint while preserving the confidentiality of the procedures.
