About
The main goal of the vice deanship for scientific departments, with its educational and administrative staff, is to work with the one team spirit to provide interactive environment to support the female students and their curricula/non curricula activities. The vice deanship encourages the female students to succeed, create, innovate and facilitate the academic, psychological and social hardships which confront in their education journey.
The college vice deanship for female students' affairs includes many units to serve female students throughout their academic journey. This service begins with registration unit that helps female students in registration of the courses and this unit is supported by the academic monitoring unit to provide more assistance.
The female students' activities unit aims at developing the skills and talents of the female students and lead them to creativity, innovation, provide training and basic career support to seek appropriate job opportunities. it includes the following:
- Biology
- Physics
- Chemistry
- Mathematics
- Home Economy includes two programs:
-Interior Design
-fashion design
- Islamic Studies
- Arabic Language
- English Department
Tasks
- The vice deanship concerns with all female students' affairs: academic, administrative and guiding aspects.
- The college vice deanship seeks to activate the academic guidance process of the female students.
- Follow-up registration process of female students and solve their problems of registration, if any.
- Follow-up the lectures progress and ensure the safety and workability of the TV circuits.
- supervise the different academic departments through coordination with department supervisors.
- monitor the progress of work inside the administrative units in coordination with the administrative staff and with the cooperation of the administration female director.
- The college of vice deanship of scientific department works side by side with the rest of the college vice deanships to achieve the college goals and improve the educational outputs quality.
- Monitor the preparation of the study schedule of the female students and solve the related problems.
- supervise the preparation of examinations schedules and make sure that they are free of conflict.
- chair the committee connected with the vice deanship and submit the reports to the intended administration.
- supervise all the activities and follow up the implantation of the students' activities plans in the college.
- review and make sure of the deprivation lists of the students and approve them.
