  • Update, develop and follow up the University's strategic plan in line with the state's vision and its strategic directions
  • Providing technical support to the university units to prepare their strategic plan that is compatible with the University's strategic plan.
  • Follow up the implementation of the University's strategic plan in cooperation with the relevant authorities
  • Studying the University's development projects and verifying their compatibility with the University's strategic plan.
  • Preparing periodic performance reports on the achievements of the University's strategic plan and submitting it to the relevant authority.
  • Providing specialized workshops to raise the efficiency of those in charge of following up on the University's strategic plan.
  • Follow up on the implementation of the strategy for university education in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (AFAQ).
  • Spreading and consolidating the culture of strategic planning at the University.
