On behalf of all faculty members and staff, I am pleased and honored to welcome all visitors to the Faculty of Science website.

Faculty of Science is considered one of the largest and oldest Colleges at Albaha University. Faculty of Science have four departments: Biology, Chemistry, Physics and Mathematics, and offers four undergraduate programs in basic sciences in addition to two master degree programs in Chemistry and Mathematics. Moreover, the college has big role in teaching basic sciences courses to students of other colleges in the university.

In the light of Albaha University strategic plan goals (Waed 2025), the college aims at developing and modernizing its educational outcomes that are compatible with the quality assurance and academic accreditation criteria. Furthermore, it aspires to support scientific research and building cooperation and local partnership relations to serve the society. Moreover, the college seeks to develop new interdisciplinary postgraduate programs with other colleges to fulfil the needs of the job market and to achieve the vision of the Kingdom 2030.

Finally, I hope that visitors will find useful information about the college and its various departments and programs.
