Finishing all orders that related to the scholarship employees locally inside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and facilitating their procedures from the beginning of opening scholarship file through his/her returns from scholarship period.

Finishing all orders that related to the scholarship student outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and communicating with diplomatic missions through the Safeer system and facilitating their procedures from the beginning of opening scholarship file through his/her returns from scholarship period.

Receiving and responding to all messages received on the administration's e-mail from the employees who on scholarship.

Working on proper archiving of all papers of each studying employee’s file.

Archiving the department's paperwork through Mersal system.
