Raising the efficiency of the performance of university faculty members by supervising their academic affairs, which includes the processes of appointment, promotion, transfer, sabbaticals, scientific communication, and publishing, while providing a stimulating environment.

The scientific objectives emerge from the University and the Graduate Agency for Science and Technology objectives, which aim to achieve their goals.

1- We are implementing regulations and rules for academic affairs for faculty members.
2- We are developing organizational rules and regulations at Al Baha University to raise performance.
3- We are achieving integrity, transparency, accountability, and justice in the Scientific Council's work.
4- We are working to the highest levels of quality in the performance of the Scientific Council.
5- I am building a database related to the Scientific Council of Arbitrators.
