1- Provide administrative and logistical services to all university deanships, departments, units, and centers with high professionalism based on the applicable regulations, rules, and instructions.
2- Develop the work system in the departments affiliated with the University Vice Presidency administratively, technically, and professionally in a way that contributes to the smoothness and accuracy of work.
The Office of the University Vice Dean is linked to the University Vice Dean. It answers the questions of those calling by phone, solves their problems, whether from inside or outside the university, solves the problems of visitors and visitors, refers them to the competent authorities, and manages and organizes the daily work in the office. He also drafts letters addressed by the agent to the rest of the departments, distributes work to the office’s employees, follows up on implementation, evaluates their performance, supervises the administrative and secretarial staff, and monitors the amount of work pressure.
