Overview
This program covers a range of Arabic language studies and literature including literary studies, linguistics, morphology, and rhetorical studies.
Objectives
1. To prepare students to be qualified in Arabic language.
2. To contribute to knowledge and academic research in coordination with the requirements of the future vision of national plans in the country.
3. The graduates should be educated in a manner that enables them to engage with different schools of Arabic literature and diverse past and current trends and movements in literary criticism.
4. To establish valuable links between the linguistic heritage and the contemporary linguistic thoughts and achieve a balanced position between originality and conventionality.
