Vice Deanship for Postgraduate Studies, Research, Innovation, and Quality
The Vice Deanship for Postgraduate Studies, Research, Innovation, and Quality aims to promote academic and research excellence within the faculty. It is responsible for supervising and developing postgraduate programs in alignment with the latest international standards. The vice deanship focuses on supporting scientific research and encouraging innovation by providing an environment that fosters creativity and excellence. Additionally, it ensures the implementation of academic and administrative quality standards to achieve and maintain academic accreditation, thereby enhancing the faculty’s status at the local and regional levels.
Tasks and Responsibilities
1. Managing Postgraduate Programs:
• Supervising the development and implementation of postgraduate programs in line with global standards.
• Monitoring the academic progress of postgraduate students.
2. Promoting Scientific Research:
• Supporting faculty members and students in conducting high-quality research.
• Providing the necessary resources and infrastructure to enhance research activities.
3. Encouraging Innovation:
• Supporting creative initiatives that contribute to advancements in the healthcare sector.
• Fostering an environment that encourages innovative solutions to healthcare challenges.
4. Ensuring Quality:
• Implementing academic and administrative quality standards within the faculty.
• Monitoring and maintaining academic accreditation.
5. Organizing Academic and Research Events:
• Hosting conferences, workshops, and seminars to support academic and research development.
• Encouraging active participation in local and international events.
6. Preparing Periodic Reports:
• Producing regular reports on the faculty’s academic and research performance.
• Offering recommendations for improving academic and research outcomes.
7. Building Partnerships:
• Enhancing academic and research collaboration with local and international institutions.
