The Vice Deanship of the Faculty of Nursing for Academic Affairs is responsible for overseeing the educational process within the faculty and ensuring the implementation of curricula in accordance with the highest academic quality standards. The vice deanship works on coordinating and developing academic programs in alignment with the faculty’s vision and goals, focusing on supporting students academically and professionally, and fostering an environment that encourages creativity and excellence.

1. Supervising the Educational Process:

• Overseeing the implementation of curricula in accordance with approved academic standards.

• Ensuring the quality of the educational process through periodic evaluation of academic performance.

2. Developing Academic Programs:

• Updating study plans to align with national and international requirements.

• Proposing and preparing new academic programs to meet labor market needs.

3. Monitoring Students’ Academic Affairs:

• Supervising course registration and resolving students’ academic issues.

• Tracking students’ academic performance and supporting their success.

4. Coordinating Academic Activities:

• Organizing academic events such as seminars, conferences, and workshops.

• Enhancing collaboration among academic departments within the faculty.

5. Ensuring Academic Quality Assurance:

• Supervising the application of academic quality and accreditation standards.

• Preparing periodic reports on the academic performance of the faculty.

6. Overseeing Faculty Members:

• Monitoring the teaching performance of faculty members.

• Providing necessary support to ensure the achievement of academic goals.

7. Fostering a Supportive Learning Environment:

• Offering the needed academic support to students and faculty.

• Enhancing the educational environment to encourage innovation and creativity
