Molecular Biology  including experience in isolation of DNA,  PCR, real time PCR 
Anaerobic bacteriology (Isolation and identification of anaerobes, sensitivity tests and rapid diagnostic tests, toxin detection and toxoid production).
Nosocomial infection including epidemiology and infection control.
Antimicrobial resistance detection of resistance gene leads to carbapenemase, Extended spectrum B-lactamase, Metalo B-Lactamase production.
Probiotic bacteria isolation and characterization.
