I am Dr. Karim Mohamed Naghmouchi, Associate Professor of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, at Al Baha University, Department of Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Clinical Pharmacy Faculty. My main field of research study is the use of antimicrobial peptides produced by lactic acid bacteria to ensure microbiological safety for medical and Food application (US patent 2018)*
