Dr. Adil Zia is a professor (Assist.) of marketing at Albaha University, College of Business Administration in Saudi Arabia. He earned his Ph.D. in Marketing from Aligarh Muslim University (AMU), India. He has more than 14 years of international teaching and research experience. Among his key interests are service marketing, customer behavior, marketing research, Marketing Management, Retail Management, and other related topics. He has published research papers in reputable indexed journals like European Management Journal (IF=6.11, SSCI = Q2), Sustainability (IF= 3.88, SSCI = Q2), International Journal of Quality & Reliability Management (ESCI = Q3), The International Journal of Information and Learning Technology, Pacific Business Review International, etc. to name a few.
