Dr. Salman Al-Zahrani works as a senior lecturer at Al Baha University. He has worked as an operational engineer at Aramco in eastern region distribution department. He has received his BSc in Mechanical Engineering from King Khalid University with 1st class honors and occupied the 1st rank of all KKU graduated students in 2012. He has received his MSc in Mechanical Engineering from KAUST with 2nd class honors. He has received his PhD in Thermal Engineering from University of Technology Sydney. He has finished his PhD in less than 3 years with five Q1 publication and one peer review conference and was the 1st author in all of them.

Interested in research that concern with temperature management systems. I am mainly working on projects that deal with finding new enhancement techniques of the thermal performance of various types of heat exchangers. I am highly professional in creating a very complex geometries by using CAD software (Solidworks), and have wide experience in numerical modelling by using CFD.
