Fundamentals of Nursing II
The course introduces a range of academic topics, using authentic materials, with video, audio and text. The course uses a critical thinking approach, based on Bloom’s Taxonomy. Basic knowledge about asepsis and infection control, safety, rest and sleep, fluid and electrolytes balance, nutrition, oxygenation, record and reporting, urinary elimination, bowel elimination, pain and pain management, mobility and immobility, skin integrity and wound care- bed sore, and palliative care.
