Prof. Mohamed Belkacemi received the BSc. degree in Electrical Engineering from USTO (University of Sciences and Technology) in Algeria in 1981; the MSc. degree in 1987 and the PhD. degree in Electrical Engineering in 1991 from UMIST (Manchester University) in UK. He was with the University of Batna in Algeria since 1982 and he is currently a Professor of Electrical Engineering. He joined The Electrical Engineering Department, Faculty of Engineering of Al Baha University, Saudi Arabia in 2006. His research interests include power system operation and computer applications in power systems.
