I am working in Department of Chemistry, Al-Baha University, Saudi Arabia since 2015. My specialization is organic chemistry. I am teaching different courses of organic chemistry. My research interest is on organic synthesis and natural product chemistry, where I synthesized new heterocycles and semisynthetic modification of bioactive natural products for development of lead molecules for active pharmaceutical ingredient. I completed Three projects granted by DSR Al-Baha University and KACST.

My research interest is on organic synthesis and natural product chemistry, where I synthesized new heterocycles and semisynthetic modification of bioactive natural products for development of lead molecules for active pharmaceutical ingredient. My area of research in organic chemistry are on click chemistry (synthesis of 1,2,3-triazole), Oxadiazole, 1,2,4-triazole, Thiazolidine derivatives. In natural product chemistry, isolation and characterization of phytochemicals and their biological activities such anticancer, antitubercular, antimicrobial and antidiabetic.
