Nanostructures
This module provides an introduction to the basic concepts of nanotechnology and nanomaterials, their characterization and their applications.
My current research is focused on the fabrication and characterization of nanomaterials such as ZnO, TiO3, Fe2O3 nanostructures and study their surface properties using a variety of techniques including field emission SEM, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, scanning probe microscopy, and photoluminescence. In addition, the research in my lab focuses on the molecular structure of soft matter surfaces ( foam films) and interfaces that are used to make thin films of nanomaterials. These films are characterized using techniques including atomic force microscope (AFM) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and field emission SEM. Currently, I am aiming to expand the collaboration with researchers for more publications.
