Dr. Ali Alquraini is a Consultant Pharmacist and an Associate Professor of Pharmacology at the Department of Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Faculty of Pharmacy. He received his Ph.D. in Pharmacology from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences in Boston, USA. He completed a Postdoctoral Research Fellowship at Harvard Medical School, Harvard University.

Students will continue to learn about the effects of drugs on various systems of the body with an emphasis on the central nervous system, the endocrine system, gastrointestinal system, respiratory tract system, analgesic drugs, drugs of abuse, anti-inflammatory drugs, local and general anesthetics, and antihyperlipidemic drugs.
