Genome-wide study on genetic diversity and phylogeny of plant species

Genetic diversity and relationship between cultivated, wild species by chloroplast and mitochondrial DNA non-coding regions analysis.

Molecular characterization of genes encoding protein which make the plant tolerant to environmental stress. Generating new plant cultivars with new traits and increasing plant yield and productivity.
